Checkmate Tournament's After-School Chess
Program Details:
Each group lesson begins with a different aspect or technique, ranging from basic to advanced. Then, students are paired up to practice the lesson while instructors watch and provide expert guidance. Your child will receive additional guidance in skill areas identified as needing more attention.
Checkmate Tournament’s chess instruction has more than five years experience teaching children to play chess and routinely outperforms other chess clubs. Another advantage Checkmate Tournament enjoys is we have at least one instructor per 12 kids, but often it is about 8 kids per instructor.
